Powder coated Black to match the finish of the Bullet lights, couplings and Arm Extensions, the Round 4 1/2" diameter mounting plates are desiged to fit over a standard Round or octagonal j-box and have a 1/2" dia. threaded opening in the center ready to accept any of our arm extensions.
